Being listened to and understood with kindness and an open heart can be the first step towards a state of greater well-being. My intention is to offer you a safe space, where you can be fully welcomed, in a warm and gentle environment.
In such a space, growth can occur. I would like to invite you to embark on a journey towards a more wonderful life – a boat ride on which you are the captain, and where I might help you find appropriate tools for you to navigate troubled waters.
Through actively listening to you, to how you are doing and feeling and what difficulties you are facing, I will help you identify your needs, objectives and desires. We will then choose together the form of guidance or therapy you wish to pursue to live in harmony with your needs, beliefs and values.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique QHHT®
QHHT® is a hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon (official website here) that allows you to access your subconscious: the part of you that holds all the answers. Your subconscious has always been with you and has recorded all information about you. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, you will be able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are, including shedding light on any past trauma or issues, as well as the reasons for current difficulties. Your subconscious will give you the experience you need to have in order to move forward on your path, more aligned and in tune with who you deeply are. After a session, you can create significant change for the better thanks to the teachings of that part of you that loves you deeply. With a QHHT® session, you can remember your power, remember your inner light, remember your true self and get in tune again with your core vibration.
A session can last between 5 and 7 hours. I recommend to free your schedule after the session for you to fully relax and enjoy the experience. If this is too much of a commitment for you, I also offer a simple past-life regression lasting 1h30-2h.

NLP Coaching
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching is a form of talk-therapy that allows to see results in a short time through the use of language-based interventions and behavior modification techniques. It is aimed at identifying your objectives and helping you reach them more easily and rapidly.
NLP coaching can help you:
– Overcome your hurdles if you feel blocked or slowed down, mentally or emotionally,
– Replace your current behaviors or strategies that do not serve you well anymore with others that are perfectly adapted to you,
– Take steps towards resolution in case of conflict – whether it be inner conflict or with others – by focusing on meeting the needs of all parties.
At every step of the process, you will be empowered to find your own strengths.

Peer Counseling
As a therapist and an expert patient, I can help you navigate the challenges of chronic disease, whether you are a patient or carer. You can:
– acknowledge the losses you’ve experienced, learn to live with them, and readjust your life accordingly,
– identify the psycho-social impact of disease and find inner strategies to overcome them,
– reach acceptance,
– improve the understanding of your pathology if you live with bipolar disorder, like me.
It is possible to find beliefs and a state of mind that help you feel more at peace with your state of health. This can make a huge difference in your overall state of health.

Therapy through art
Practicing an art, like painting, writing or theater, can be therapeutic. It allows one to feel free to experiment, to create, to let emotions express themselves in a safe space, while anchored to a practical pursuit. Through an art session accompanied by a therapist, alone or within a group, it is possible to connect to one’s inner self, to be present and live in the moment, to develop self-confidence, and find a bubble of relief from our usual concerns.
Each session will be designed to target the individual’s specific challenges and needs. In case of a group session, I will tailor the activities for them to be beneficial to each individual.
No technical expertise is required for art to be a soothing experience, or an exalting and thrilling process.
Whether you choose to write, act or paint, indulge in the beauty of self-expression and creation, as I have in all the paintings showcased on this page.

Teaching
I have developed learner-centered pedagogical techniques that are efficient for rapid and durable learning and can teach any of these topics:

More about me
I have dedicated my life to learning and sharing: when I discover knowledge or skills that might enhance people’s experience of life, I yearn to transmit it to be of service.
I started my professional life as a teacher.
I discovered a love for languages very early as they let me communicate, and so connect, with so many people from different horizons. I studied linguistics and English to deepen my love for languages, and became a tenured professor at university to share this passion. There, I taught English and communication in healthcare.
I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and became an NLP Master Practitioner. It helped me design innovative pedagogical content to favor as humane an approach to health as possible. I trained healthcare professionals and students in the skills required to develop a beautiful therapeutic doctor-patient relationship, and to better thrive in their challenging professional environment. With this aim, I also led practitioner support groups.
Another early passion of mine has been theater. Sharing emotions with other actors and the audience brought me and taught me so much that I created a company, directed shows and acted in them. As early as my first year as a tenured professor, I taught acting, theater writing and the healing potential of theater at university.
I am now in the second half of my career: I have left university and can dedicate my professional life to guiding others so they might find their own path towards a state of better well-being.
Living with bipolar disorder has brought me many challenges, and overcoming them is probably what has brought me most strength. My personal journey has led me to drastically change my life habits to reach a better balance between work, parenting and self-care.
I have also opened my horizons to alternative healing methods: self-hypnosis and QHHT®, energy healing, yoga, meditation, magnet therapy, and art therapy through painting (you can see my art throughout this page) and trained in non-violent communication (NVC). Along with personal development and NLP, they have helped me tremendously, and have allowed me to reach stability, find confidence and ride life with joy in my heart. QHHT® in particular has come as a revelation. I have therefore sought training in these fields to be able to share their boons with others.
Opening my heart to people in need of help and offering personal and group therapeutic processes truly sings to my soul.

QHHT®: A QHHT session lasts 5-7 hours and takes place in one sitting.
The price of a session is 250 euros, regardless of time. A 50 euro deposit is payable on booking via transfer, paylib or paypal and the balance is payable prior to or on the day of the session. If you wish to stagger the payment, please bring several checks on the day of the session.
Therapeutic consultations (NLP coaching, peer-support, therapy through art) last 1h30.
I charge a discovery price of 50 euros for the first session, and then 75 euros per session.
Past life regression: A session lasts 1h30 to 2h and costs 80 euros.
If financing a session is a challenge for you, do get in touch, I am open to alternate forms of exchanges than monetary ones.
